As something of a news junkie, I was intrigued by the letter we've just learned that Robert Mueller, Special Counsel to the Department of Justice, had written to Attorney General William Barr after Barr published his first summary of the Counsel's report. The letter was Mueller's attempt to correct what he feared would be a faulty impression of what his full report actually revealed, prior to the public having access to Barr's (redacted) full version of it. Meanwhile, we were't informed that Mueller had already prepared his own brief summary, which Barr never published, but rather gave the public his own version of a summary.
