Gemeinschaft's Christmas Open House Sunday!

You are invited to the 2015 Gemeinschaft Home Christmas Reception and Open House on this Sunday afternoon, 
December 6, at 1423 Mt. Clinton Pike.

Open house will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. At 2:30, you are invited to attend a short informational presentation in the Bender Building behind Gemeinschaft. An update about our programs will be presented by staff, residents, and/or Board members. Please join us at this session to learn more about the exciting things happening at Gemeinschaft including our new Day Reporting Center beginning in January. There will be time for questions and discussion.

Before and after this presentation, you are invited to enjoy hot drinks and freshly baked Christmas cookies and treats from the Gemeinschaft kitchen. Residents and staff will be available to take you on a brief tour of the house.

If you cannot attend, we invite you to kindly show your support of Gemeinschaft by making a year-end donation. Your support means so much to us and to our residents who are here to begin a fresh new future. Private donations are critical to our continuing programs.

P. S. Your donation of any amount will automatically enter you into a drawing for a beautiful American Chestnut “Weed” Pot. This lovely item was handmade by local craftsman, Ed McKee, from rustic fence rails salvaged from a mountain farm in western Virginia. It is 15” tall and valued at $75. Your donation must be received by December 14 in order to be eligible.
